Dr. Princess Kukua Ahedor, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Dr. Princess Kukua Ahedor moved to the United States with a vision to make a significant impact in healthcare. Today, she is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to compassionate care and humanitarian service.
Dr. Ahedor’s educational journey includes degrees from Albany State University, Chamberlain College of Nursing, University of Texas at El Paso, University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and Wilmington University, where she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Her extensive experience spans hospice care, acute care, home health, skilled nursing, psychiatric/mental health, and primary care.
Her journey in healthcare was profoundly influenced by her philanthropic father and the tragic losses of both her parents due to preventable medical conditions. These experiences ignited her passion for improving healthcare access and addressing systemic issues. Dr. Ahedor is dedicated to giving back through health education workshops, community awareness campaigns, mobile testing clinics, medical screening campaigns, medical supply distribution, and capacity-building workshops, all aimed at ensuring that others receive the care they need.
Dr. Ahedor is not only a healthcare provider but also a dedicated advocate for improving healthcare accessibility, driven by her personal experiences and unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
